Your Role As A Senior Nursery Practitioner

As our new Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be at the heart of our children’s early years journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading engaging group activities that spark curiosity and joy
• Implementing tailored learning plans to support each child’s unique development
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff, sharing your expertise
• Communicating effectively with parents, keeping them involved in their child’s progress
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification
• A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 and the knowledge of child development
• A professional, caring attitude and excellent communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of our close-knit team
